A Shipping Policy comes with a number of benefits for both you and your customers. Some benefits are that people will be more likely to shop with you if you have a clear Shipping Policy in place since there won't be any questions about your shipping timeframes or processes.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

1.1 Processing Times

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST will typically be processed within 2-4 business days

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day

  • During high-volume periods (holidays, special promotions), processing may take 3-5 business days

1.2 Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed

  • A second email notification with tracking information will be sent once your order ships

1.3 Inventory Status

  • Items marked "In Stock" are typically available for immediate shipping

  • Items marked "Pre-Order" or "Back-Order" will ship when they become available, with estimated timeframes provided at checkout

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that become unavailable despite showing as in stock at the time of purchase

2. SHIPPING COSTS

2.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $9.95

  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $16.95

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day, if ordered before 11:00 AM EST): $36.95

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75

2.2 Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

  • Standard Shipping (7-10 business days): $15.95

  • Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days): $44.95

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100

2.3 International Shipping

  • Canada (7-14 business days): Starting at $21.95

  • Other International Destinations (10-21 business days): Starting at $32.95

  • Free Standard International Shipping on all orders over $150

2.4 Additional Costs

  • International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees that may apply

  • These charges are collected at the time of delivery and are not included in our shipping rates

3. SHIPPING CARRIERS AND DELIVERY

3.1 Shipping Partners

We primarily ship through:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

The carrier selected will depend on your location, shipping speed selected, and the size of your order.

3.2 Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the ship date, not the order date

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays

  • Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control

3.3 Tracking Orders

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships

  • You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website

  • Please allow 48-72 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active

4. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

4.1 Product Restrictions

  • Certain skincare products containing active ingredients or aerosols may have shipping restrictions

  • We cannot ship products containing alcohol or certain active ingredients to international destinations

4.2 Address Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for expedited or overnight shipping methods

  • We cannot ship to freight forwarders without prior approval

  • Military APO/FPO addresses are supported for standard shipping only

5. POTENTIAL SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

5.1 Weather and Natural Disasters

  • Severe weather conditions and natural disasters may cause shipping delays

  • We will make every effort to communicate known service interruptions to affected customers

5.2 Holidays and Peak Seasons

  • Shipping carriers experience high volume during holidays and special shopping seasons

  • During these periods, additional transit time may be required

  • We recommend placing orders early during holiday seasons to ensure timely delivery

5.3 Other Disruptions

  • Unforeseen circumstances such as global events, health crises, or carrier service disruptions may impact shipping times

  • We will communicate any significant known disruptions through our website and email notifications

6. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

6.1 Damaged Products

  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to expedite the resolution process

6.2 Lost Packages

  • Packages are considered lost if they have not arrived 7 days after the estimated delivery date for domestic shipments or 21 days for international shipments

  • Please contact our customer service team if you believe your package is lost
